An efficient way to collect the Betterment tax in Bogotá city

This document makes an approach about the betterment tax, starting from a critical and reflective analysis of the methods applied in their implementation, identifying the strengths and weaknesses that have occurred throughout history, and proposing to this model, possible solutions.
