| Summary: | The annual and/or biannual purpose of various union organizations is to present before the entities in which they work, a list of requests that compiles all the needs of workers in aspects of compensation and benefits, by virtue of agreeing agreements between the employer and your employees. Said agreements reached affect the welfare and improvement of working conditions, in order to consolidate harmonious labor relations. The objective of this research is to determine the scope of collective bargaining in the public administration, analyzing and comparing the general aspects and the results obtained from the petition sheets presented by three trade union organizations, to the public entities in which they work and that are part of the Government of Colombia. Taking this reference into account, the normativity and regulation of collective bargaining in Colombia will be identified, with the aim of reviewing the viability and legitimacy of the implementation of the agreements reached between the unions and public entities. In the same way, the general aspects of the process and its stages will be known, as well as the obligations of public entities and unions in the negotiation process. Finally, it is important to determine whether there is an articulation of the agreements stipulated in collective bargaining and the Integrated Planning and Management Model (MIPG), in the Human Talent dimension. |
