En los últimos años el consumo de frutas y hortalizas ha tomado mayor relevancia, porque la población reconoce su alto contenido de vitaminas, minerales, fibra y antioxidantes, características muy significativas para el cuidado de la salud y nutrición del ser humano. El comercio electrónico en Colombia se ha desarrollado mostrando una tendencia hacia la comercialización de productos y servicios a través de sitios web. Este documento presenta el estudio de factibilidad para la creación de la tienda virtual Las Delicias dedicada a la comercialización de frutas y hortalizas a través de un sitio web, dirigida a los estratos cuatro, cinco y seis de la ciudad de Bucaramanga, utilizando la metodología plan de negocios, con el objetivo entregar a los clientes productos de calidad, aprovechando el uso de tecnologías y ahorrando tiempo y dinero. En el estudio de mercados se aplicó un cuestionario estructurado que permitió recolectar información sobre gustos y preferencias de los consumidores. En el estudio técnico se realizó el cálculo de la capacidad del proyecto, tamaño, ubicación, distribución de la planta física y la definición de los procesos productivos en la comercialización. En el estudio administrativo se expresaron lineamientos básicos para la creación de la empresa y el perfil estratégico. El estudio financiero refleja que se requiere de una inversión inicial de ($80.051.160), un capital de trabajo de ($27.772.945), reporta una TIR de (39,74%) y un VPN de ($50.062.453), lo cual indica que es viable económicamente el proyecto, la inversión se recupera en un plazo de 2 años, 5 meses y 23 días. |
