Timón S.A is a company with uninterrupted national operation that must avoid corrective stops of his vehicles
by it there was created the offer of a plan of predictive maintenance for the critical vehicles of the fleet that seeks to increase the reliability of the process by means of the technology of analysis of oils. In order to consolidate an offer adjusted to the characteristics of the fleet
there was realized first an analysis of faults that allowed to identify a sample of critical vehicles
with which later an analysis of oils was realized to identify the faults appellants. For the development of the project there was analyzed the information gathered by means of the sampling of oil
which allowed to realize an analysis in detail that threw like proved the reasons of the faults and I facilitate to realize an effective diagnosis of the critical vehicles. With the above mentioned elements I consolidate an offer of improvement for the maintenance of the fleet
which tries to strengthen the routines and activities of update of the information system of the company
carrying out tasks of monitoring
capture of samples
training of the personnel and managing software
in order to optimize the performance of availability and reliability of the critical vehicles
