RESUMEN: Contribuir en la interiorización de conceptos como desarrollo, competitividad y productividad, fundamentado en el aprendizaje significativo y el constructivismo; es el resultado del proyecto “Aproximación a los conceptos de productividad, competitividad y desarrollo a partir de la Actividad Lúdico Académica (ALA)”. Este trabajo propuso la creación de un micromundo para el ámbito educativo, con el objetivo pedagógico de mejorar las condiciones sociales y económicas de una población, medidas en relación con la cobertura en salud, educación e infraestructura urbana. En el micromundo estas coberturas se logran a partir del uso de unos recursos naturales: barro, madera, agua, alimento y hierro. De esta manera se le otorga al estudiante el poder de tomar las decisiones que afectan de manera directa esta población, cuantificando su impacto y sus resultados. Esta interacción con el micromundo le permitirá al estudiante identificar las relaciones entre los factores de desarrollo y los recursos, que facilite el aprendizaje en la elaboración de una estrategia que lo lleve a lograr un crecimiento económico sostenido en el micromundo, de la mano con un plan de desarrollo humano. Se muestra la comparación entre el resultado de dos escenarios: el primero plantea una prioridad igual para todos los factores de desarrollo; mientras que el segundo aborda una prioridad mayor a la educación. Se muestran diferencias significativas en la cobertura de los factores sociales, calculando además un Índice de Desarrollo Humano (IDH) para cada escenario. |

This paperproposed the creation of a microworld for education, where the pedagogical objective is to improve the social and economic conditions of a population, measured in relation to the coverage in health, education and urban infrastructure. In the microworld these coverages are achieved through the use of some natural resources: clay, wood, water, food and iron. This way the student has the power to make decisions that directly affect the population, quantifying their impact and results. This interaction with the microworld will enable the student to identify the relationship between developmental factors and resources, to facilitate learning in developing a strategy that will lead him to achieve sustained economic growth in the microworld, hand in hand with a of plan human development. The comparison between the results of two scenarios is shown: the first presents an equal priority for all development factors; while the second scenario stands for a greater priority to education.
