RESUMEN: Esta producción textual se ocupa de una experimentación-creación con alimentos en la que el cuerpo y la vida se abren caminos en ese espacio privado de la comida que (nos) despliega otras presencias. En esta experiencia los cuerpos se detienen, huelen, tocan, son toca- dos, sienten y se toman su tiempo para degustar. Afloró, entonces, una especie de necesidad de los alimentos de ser vividos, ellos nos toman para que pase algo con ellos y con nosotros, los investigadores. La experimentación se sustenta en la investigación-creación con artes, la misma que posibilitó delinear una imagen sensorial y sensible de la investigación. |
