En este estudio se extrajo y purificó el ADN total de cada cepa a partir del cultivo fresco de cada uno de las cepas haciendo uso de un estuche comercial y se utilizaron unas cepas de control. Se estandarizó la técnica de PCR amplificando dos regiones de la subunidad 16S ribosomal y se realizó digestión enzimática a los fragmentos amplificados con dos enzimas de restricción.
