The dissertation is focused on four aspects: the teacher’s trade, the teacher as a philosopher of the Republic, the teacher as a professional of the discipline, and the regime of proletarianization and control. These four aspects have as territory the structural isomorphism.Para comprender el malestar y las tensiones que hoy se viven en la profesión docente es importante, necesario y urgente reflexionar el tránsito operado entre el ideal educativo moderno y contemporáneo. Cuatro aspectos centran el desarrollo de la tesis: el oficio del maestro, el docente como filósofo de la República, el profesor como profesional de la disciplina y el régimen de la proletarización y del control. Estos cuatro aspectos tienen como territorio al isomorfismo estructural.  Pour comprendre le malaise et les tensions vécues de nos jours dans la profession de l’enseignant, il est important, nécessaire et urgent de réfléchir à propos du transit réalisé entre l’idéal éducatif moderne et le contemporain. Le développement de la thèse est centré sur quatre aspects: le métier de maître, l’enseignant en tant que philosophe de la République, le professeur comme professionnel de la discipline et le régime de la prolétarisation et du contrôle. Ces quatre aspects ont pour territoire l’isomorphisme structurel.Para compreender o desgosto e as tensões que hoje se vivem na profissão docente é importante, necessário e urgente refletir o percurso que se dá entre o ideal educativo moderno e contemporâneo. Quatro aspectos centram o desenvolvimento da tese: o oficio do maestro, o docente como filósofo da República, o professor como profissional da disciplina e o regime da proletarização e do controle.
