| Summary: | During the development of this project, the "Design of a mobile refrigeration equipment for the storage and transport of raw milk in rural areas" was carried out It began with a current diagnosis of the state of raw milk production in Colombia, a study of the variables that influence the final price paid to the producer and how the product is subsequently utilization. We then studied the different refrigeration systems that currently exist and which of them could be applied in the best way to the design; the design parameters were described for each system and then an alternative approach was carried out in order to evaluate by the Scoring method which would be the most suitable for each system. |
