Summary: | The development of the project began with the diagnosis of a sample of milk fat residues, which were sent to the Biotrends S.A.S. laboratory. The physicochemical results obtained were then analyzed and the different factors such as percentage of moisture, free acidity, PH, percentage of fats present, etc., for bibliographical revision and thus obtain different alternatives for its later use. At the end of the review of the literature, three alternatives were proposed for the use of the waste, which in turn allowed an innovation in the use of clean technologies. This result was obtained through a selection matrix, which provided the best alternative was adapted to the needs of the company. Once the extraction alternative was selected, the bibliographic review was performed with reference to the selected alternative, then to the experimental part, which was carried out in two stages, the first with the production of industrial soap in the bar and the second with The elaboration of liquid soap. |
