Summary: | The objective of this work is to make a proposal for the implementation of a quality management system in a third sector organization, that is, a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). In the first place, an informative investigation of the third sector organizations was carried out and information was gathered about the case study company, recovering information about its mission, vision and its strategic pillars. As a second aspect, a context analysis was carried out for both internal and external aspects of the NGO. For this case, the PEST matrix was used for external analysis and the 7S of McKinsey matrix for internal analysis. |
