Summary: | This document presents, as its main objective, the design of a machine to dose, knead and mold sago bread, considering the importance and demand of bread in the municipality of Quetame, in the process of kneading and molding said bread is where it shows the greater expense of human resources, in addition to being a costly process. With the execution of this project it is possible to improve this stage, eliminating failures such as: inaccurate amounts of ingredients. This design must adjust to the requirements or availability of the available spaces of the establishments and with a production of no less than 4000 units per week. |
