Summary:The feasibility project for the manufacture of gourmet sauces, was born in response to the great demand that was made in the Monterrey restaurant Anapoima, for its delicious homemade sauces made and offered in the restaurant, taking into account healthy eating trends that are being generating healthy meals every day is a great alternative to generate value in a company, which is why it encourages us to believe more and more in this project. The project deals with the creation of a marketing company and producer of sauces and gourmet dressings in the municipality of Anapoima Cundinamarca, working with the restaurant, who were willing to provide the corresponding support. The development of the project allowed to establish that an operator is needed for the production that will be specifically towards the municipality of Anapoima, where his production was established in the restaurant occupying part of the kitchen of 7 a.m. until 11 a.m., aspects of health and safety at work, an organizational chart with its respective salary study, function manuals and the type of company (S.A.S).
