The need for this proposal arises from the current deficiencies in logistics processes, reflected in 47 complaints received in 2023, mainly related to the lack of real-time information and delays in deliveries. Currently, the company uses limited technological systems that do not meet customer expectations or the standards of best practices in the logistics industry. |
