| Summary: | Responding to the needs of a company in the cosmetic sector of Bogotá DC, to implement a quality management system (QMS) to ensure the quality of its products and the satisfaction of the requirements of its customers, this monograph was developed consisting of three stages. In the first one, a study of the organizational context was developed through the use of the internal capacity profile matrix (ICP) and an opportunities and threats profile matrix (OTP) to build a strategic SWOT matrix, the current QMS was also evaluated respect to the NTC-ISO 9001: 2015 standard to identify its level of compliance using the self-diagnosis tool proposed by ICONTEC. In the second stage, the key processes of the QMS and their interrelation were identified in order to build the process map. Finally, a five-phase action plan was developed whose objective is to achieve the implementation of a QMS based on the NTC-ISO 9001: 2015 standard, so that all the requirements of the standard are met. |
