| Summary: | The purpose of this work was to create an improvement plan from the information acquired from quality circles developed in the first semester of the 2016 where the majority of employees of the institution had participated. The main topics were the followings: Understanding of the process and analysis of its context, Sequence and interaction of the process and documented information, Indicators and Risks. From this information, it was created an executive report for process sent to each manager and leader of Macroprocess in order to generate an improvement plan product of the circle of quality of its process, creating actions that contribute to the strengthening of the institution and to the continuous improvement of the same. |
