En este trabajo se presenta un proceso diagnóstico en el que se buscó indagar si la misma problemática se evidenciaba en el colegio Institución Etnoeducativa Integral Rural Indígena PUAY del municipio de Uribia del departamento de La Guajira cuya lengua materna es el wayuunaiki, lengua amerindia originaria de la península de La Guajira. Para dicho efecto, se seleccionó el grado séptimo como grupo focal y se implementaron varios instrumentos de recolección de datos que buscaban evidenciar si hay o no una falta de formación en los docentes y si estos implementan estrategias didácticas basadas en un enfoque etnoeducativo. En consecuencia, se empezará por exponer la metodología en la cual se presentarán los instrumentos usados y el análisis de los datos recogidos. Posteriormente, se abordará la contextualización del problema en el que se incluirá la información sobre los actores que intervienen en el problema, el cómo, el cuándo, el dónde, entre otros. En la parte final, se definirá el problema educativo presentando sus causas y efectos, y se concluirá con un análisis de causalidad. |

En la parte final, se definirá el problema educativo presentando sus causas y efectos, y se concluirá con un análisis de causalidad.In this work, a diagnostic process is presented in which we sought to investigate whether the same problem was evident in the Institución Etnoeducativa Integral Rural Indígena PUAY school in the municipality of Uribia, department of La Guajira, whose mother tongue is Wayuunaiki, an Amerindian language originating from the La Guajira peninsula. For this purpose, the seventh grade was selected as a focus group and several data collection instruments were implemented that sought to demonstrate whether or not there is a lack of training in teachers and whether they implement teaching strategies based on an ethno-educational approach. Consequently, we will begin by exposing the methodology in which the instruments used and the analysis of the data collected will be presented. Subsequently, the contextualization of the problem will be addressed, which will include information about the actors involved in the problem, how, when, where, among others.
