El Surtidor Caviri y Cia S.A.S, empresa con más de 40 años de experiencia en el empaque, distribución y comercialización de productos de la canasta familiar, es el objeto central de estudio de este proyecto que tiene como énfasis la identificación de factores que causan ineficiencia en las operaciones productivas de la organización y así mismo presentar propuestas y recomendaciones con las cuales se logre reducir y/o eliminar estas ineficiencias y mejorar el proceso productivo de la misma a través de la aplicación de herramientas ingenieriles y de la metodología del estudio del trabajo. En primer lugar, se observa el funcionamiento del sistema productivo de la empresa, con el fin de analizar el estado actual del mismo lo cual permitió reunir información suficiente para evidenciar y cuantificar problemas presentes en el sistema como desperdicio de material, demoras, falta de producto en lineales, subutilización de maquinaria, operaciones innecesarias, falta de planeación, entre otras. Teniendo ya identificados los problemas presentados en el sistema productivo y la recopilación y organización de la información suministrada por la empresa, se estudian distintos métodos y herramientas ingenieriles que permitan eliminar y/o reducir dichos problemas y que se adapten a las necesidades de la empresa. Una vez tenida la información organizada se presenta a la empresa planes y propuestas de mejoras que impactan de forma importante a los problemas identificados en el sistema productivo, dando a conocer los beneficios económicos que trae a la organización el acogimiento e implementación de estas mejoras. |

In the first place, the functioning of the productive system of the company, in order to analyze the current state of the same which made it possible to collect sufficient information to demonstrate and quantify problems present in the system as a waste of materials, delays, lack of product in linear, underutilization of machinery, unnecessary operations, lack of planning, among others. Having identified the problems presented in the productive system and the collection and organization of information provided by the company, we study various engineering methods and tools that make it possible to eliminate and/or reduce such problems and adapt to the needs of the company.
