El objetivo central del presente documento es establecer un plan estratégico para el acueducto José María Escrivá de Balaguer, ubicado en Susa y Simijaca Cundinamarca; Para llevar a cabo esto se realizó un diagnostico con la compañía de la Junta Directiva, por medio de recolección de información cualitativa y cuantitativa, la cual permitió encontrar debilidades dentro de la organización para así plantear alternativas de mejora, posteriormente se analizaron los factores externos e internos que fueron evaluados en las matrices estratégicas como la EFE, EFI, EI, DOFA, QFD, las cuales permitieron actualizar la filosofía organización, proponer un cultura de mejora y plantear estrategias organizacionales que se ajustan al contexto, necesidades y capacidades que posee la asociación, para así constituirse como una organización con proyección administrativa y financiera consolidada, lo que permitirá encaminar a la organización al crecimiento y desarrollo sostenible, teniendo en cuenta la responsabilidad que tiene con la sociedad y el medio ambiente, teniendo control de los procesos realizados por medio de los indicadores. |

plan for the José María Escrivá de Balaguer aqueduct, located in Susa and Simijaca Cundinamarca; To carry out this, a diagnosis was made with the company of the Board of Directors, by means of the collection of qualitative and quantitative information, which allowed finding weaknesses within the organization in order to propose alternatives for improvement, subsequently external factors and
