El presente plan de mejora se ha elaborado con el fin de responder a la necesidad de consolidar de forma estratégica las acciones relacionadas con la Planeación Estratégica en la empresa MaxSuFer, siendo ésta una empresa que participa en el mercado ferretero. El objetivo del plan de mejora es desarrollar el Plan Estratégico que funja como derrotero y marco fundamental para el crecimiento y la proyección empresarial de MaxSuFer. El cual defina de forma clara, concreta y específica el horizonte hacia a donde se busca dirigir la empresa; el rumbo o la trayectoria óptima que se trazará y recorrerá para poder alcanzarlo, así como los recursos, las funciones y roles, y el equipo necesario para poder llevarlo a cabo. Con este, se busca mejorar la gestión administrativa, el desempeño, la productividad y la rentabilidad de la empresa a través de la definición, organización y optimización de sus procesos operativos y administrativos. Esto, debido a que actualmente presenta grandes oportunidades de mejora, al carecer de planeación y organización en su operación y principalmente en su administración; la cual es centralizada y se basa principalmente en el empirismo y la intuición de quien la dirige. Identificamos que el problema a resolver es la necesidad de establecer la estructura de la empresa buscando definir estratégicamente las funciones, tareas y actividades de las áreas que la constituirán. |

The objective of the improvement plan is to develop the Strategic Plan that do as a course and fundamental framework for the growth and business projection of MaxSuFer. This will define in a clear, concrete and specific way the horizon towards where the company will conduct; the course or the optimal trajectory that will be described and traversed in order to reach it, as well as the resources, functions and roles. And the necessary team to be able to achieve it. With this, it seeks to improve administrative management, performance, productivity and profitability of the company through the definition, organization and optimization of its operational and administrative processes. This, because it currently presents great opportunities for improvement, to lacking it of planning and organization in its operation and mainly in its administration; which is centralized and is based mainly on empiricism and the intuition of the person who directs it.
