Summary: | This writing presents first, the moral and political postulates of Kant’s theory of the unsociability, a manifestation in the same lines of the rational ideas of the enlightened of the 18th century, in which Immanuel Kant holds the position of a philosopher exploring the antisocial sign in man while showingan intention to peacefully consolidate the contradictions raised with coexistence. According to Kant the individual can live in peace and harmony only if he consults to the parametersof reason and consolidates these within the Civil Constitution, which acts as efficient guide of thestate structure. The second phase establishes the link between some characteristics of the social situation and ofthe armed conflict in Colombia (a society with revealing failures). With that in mind, the researchunfolds to approach the third part of the study: the Law of Justice and Peace (Law 975 of 2005). Thementioned phases try to establish how viable is the adoption in this Law of the postulates of the reasonas principle of the common good promulgated by the philosopher born in Königsberg. |
