El confinamiento en tiempos de la pandemia, causada por el conocido virus COVID-19, llevó a la práctica de actividades no comunes y hasta desconocidas para las personas en el mundo, todas estas referidas a evitar el deterioro de la salud mental. Pasatiempos como el ejercicio, la lectura, hacer cursos online y el cuidado de las plantas aumenta ron en la población y en algunos casos, llegó para quedar se y volverse hábito. Como interés personal y formativo, se aborda desde el proyecto este último: el cuidado de las plantas y las huertas caseras (o urbanas), teniendo en cuenta que es una de las prácticas que puede dejar huella social, cultural y ambiental pues más allá de buscar un beneficio propio, es más bien colectivo. Por esta razón, se empezó a investigar sobre métodos y las formas correctas de ejercer esta práctica, hallando una diversidad de información tanto científica como general pero que puede llegar a ser confusa y compleja para las personas no expertas interesadas en el tema diferentes a los agrónomos, biólogos, jardineros empíricos, entre otros, para quienes pueden resultar frustrantes y poco efectivos los intentos. |
