The purpose of this essay is to draw attention to this, taking into account numerous legal, political and administrative cases which seek to ensure the supremacy of the Constitution together with the various procedures set up to ensure compliance with this task.Actualmente el control constitucional en Colombia se mira más a partir del estudio de los efectos de las sentencias de la Corte Constitucional y por momentos se olvida que el colombiano es un sistema abierto, integral y complejo que va más allá de los pronunciamientos de ese alto tribunal.
