De acuerdo a la premisa anterior, el presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo principal el diseño de un plan de mejoramiento para la cadena de suministros de la empresa Antillean Soap Company (ANSO); una empresa que, debido a su ubicación insular, se enfrenta a desafíos logísticos diarios. According to the above premise, the main objective of this research project is to design an Improvement Plan for the supply chain of the Antillean Soap Company (ANSO); a company that, due to its island location, faces daily logistical challenges.
