El objetivo general es revisar los posibles desafíos contemporáneos que ha tenido la implementación de la balística en los análisis forenses en la justicia en Santander, a partir de algunos casos relevantes, así como de estudios representativos, al igual que con los aportes dados por la jurisprudencia (2020-2023).
