Sin embargo, la realidad es diferente al sueño y anhelo de quienes se inician en esta profesión y con preocupación miran como se trasgreden los principios que se enseñan en la academia, con tal de lograr los objetivos y, en consecuencia, son muy diferentes la teoría y la práctica. La filosofía que sostiene el sentido ético pierde su sabor y se olvida el significado y el valor de lo esencial. El derecho, en su práctica, colisiona con los principios personales e incluso constitucionales.Palabras clave: conciencia, facultades de derecho, libertad, principios, sentido ético, valores.   Considering that ethical sense frames the lives of our students and future lawyers, law schools should be the place where ethical sense originates, develops, and takes form. However, reality differs from ideals and desires of beginners in this profession. They witness the usual transgressions of the principles taught in the academy, leading them to conclude that theory can be very different from practice. The philosophy behind ethical sense loses its flavor, causing to forget the meaning and value of what is essential.
