El presente trabajo, titulado, Estudio de Mercado para un Centro de Atención de Primer Nivel de Tratamiento y Control del Estrés se realizó mediante una revisión teórica, para lo cual se hizo una selección, organización, sistematización y análisis de diferentes tipos de documentos electrónicos y textos que comprendieran este tema. Hoy por hoy en Colombia existen muy pocos centros de salud que presten este servicio de control y tratamiento del estrés, la idea de este articulo y este estudio era investigar detalladamente y con grandes herramientas y metodologías la creación de un centro de primer nivel con un único servicio y poco visto observar el movimiento del mercado y la percepción del consumidor en un mercado tan pequeño y poco conocido mitigando una enfermedad que ataca a la población y la va consumiendo poco a poco. Además contando con óptima maquinaria y equipo y con grandes médicos generales y especialistas, pensando siempre en que a medida que fuera creciendo el porcentaje de usuarios se iría incrementando el personal de trabajo y las instalaciones, sin embargo con el precio que nos arrojó el mercado y el número de usuarios proyectado a 5 años este proyecto es viable ya que el VPN es mayor a 0 y la TIR es mayor al costo de oportunidad que nos da el mercado. |

Today in Colombia there are few health centers that provide this service for control and treatment of stress, the idea of this article and this study was to detail and with great tools and methodologies to investigate the creation of a center of excellence with a unique service rarely seen observe the movement of the market and consumer perception in such a small market and little known alleviating a disease that attacks the population and is consumed slowly .
