Analysis of a possible strategic plan as a determining factor, for the management in the Subnet Integrated Health Services South E.S.E of Bogotá D.C

The main function of the Social Security System in Health is to guarantee the provision of optimal quality health services through public and private entities to the entire population, by transforming public institutions into State Social Enterprises, the obligation to compete for The health market, where it is necessary to implement tools that guide and evaluate the execution of policies and dimensions, to turn them into financially self-sustaining companies focused on meeting user needs. Correlating the above with the problem of the question, it is found that the failures in the implementation of the Strategic Direction Dimension in the Integrated Subnet of South Health Services, impact on the results.
