Para el sector de la seguridad privada existe una normatividad que determina que las personas que presten servicios de seguridad no deben estar bajo el efecto de sustancias psicoactivas o de alcohol, sin embargo la C-636/16 realiza un cambio al código sustantivo del trabajo permitiendo que esto se pueda realizar sin medir algunas de las consecuencias para este sector. Es por ello que el presente ensayo tiene como objetivo reflexionar sobre los riesgos que puede causar el consumo de la marihuana durante la prestación del servicio de vigilancia humana a nivel organizacional, teniendo en cuenta que los efectos atañen al carácter emocional, social y de salubridad. La reflexión está limitada al sector de la seguridad privada y es sobre el consumo de la marihuana durante la prestación del servicio de vigilancia, partiendo en primera instancia del análisis de la reglamentación vigente en la materia, las interpretaciones entre normas y decretos, la historia de las drogas en Colombia, el impacto de ésta a nivel social, cultural y de salubridad. De igual forma es necesario revisar los estudios que nos pueden mostrar con números, el estado real del consumo de sustancias como la marihuana, lo cual permite verificar los perfiles, competencias y niveles mínimos de salud que se requieren para ejercer esta importante labor, con el fin de evidenciar cuales son las afectaciones que tiene el consumo de la marihuana en las personas vs las competencias y habilidades que se requieren para prestar los servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada. El análisis de la información logra evidenciar algunos de los efectos del consumo de la marihuana en la prestación del servicio de vigilancia, como son la perdida de la percepción de la realidad en el entorno, alteraciones visuales, perdida de la memoria, alteraciones emocionales, entre otros, ocasionando en algunas personas que la consumen, la perdida de habilidades en la prestación de los servicios, la disminución en la atención, alucinaciones que podrían generar hasta la muerte tanto del consumidor como de las personas que lo rodean. Donde es claro que lo anterior conllevaría a un problema social, económico, de salubridad y en este caso específico al de la seguridad.In Colombia there are different opinions on the consequences of Cannabis consumption better known as marijuana, the variety of thoughts, social, economic, health positions and in what concerns us in terms of security, it takes us away from a unique theoretical position on the subject , we can immediately rely on statistics that allow us to know some of the effects and impact of their consumption. For the private security sector there is a regulation that determines that people who provide security services should not be under the effect of psychoactive substances or alcohol, however the C-636/16 makes a change to the substantive code of work allowing that this can be done without measuring some of the consequences for this sector. That is why this essay aims to reflect on the risks that marijuana use can cause during the provision of the human surveillance service at the organizational level, taking into account that the effects concern the emotional, social and health character. The reflection is limited to the private security sector and is about the consumption of marijuana during the provision of the surveillance service, starting in the first instance with the analysis of the regulations in force in the matter, the interpretations between norms and decrees, the history of drugs in Colombia, the impact of this at a social, cultural and health level. Likewise, it is necessary to review the studies that can show us with numbers, the actual state of consumption of substances such as marijuana, which allows to verify the profiles, competencies and minimum levels of health required to perform this important task, with the purpose of demonstrating which are the affectations that the consumption of the marijuana has in the people vs the competences and abilities that are required to provide the services of surveillance and private security. The analysis of the information achieves evidence of some of the effects of the consumption of marijuana in the provision of the surveillance service, such as the loss of the perception of reality in the environment, visual alterations, loss of memory, emotional disturbances, others, causing in some people who consume it, the loss of skills in the provision of services, the decrease in attention, hallucinations that could lead to the death of both the consumer and the people around him.
