La responsabilidad generalmente se encuentra distribuida en los diferentes centros de decisión y depende de una muy buena articulación para que estos procesos no fracasen. En Consecuencia la implicación de un número de factores tanto internos como externos que influyen sobre el funcionamiento correcto de la actividad, implica determinar los recursos necesarios para llevar a cabo la adecuada dirección empresarial y la implementación de las estrategias que logren cumplir con el la misión y objetivos planteados, es por ello la importancia de la planeación la cual parte de realizar un diagnóstico del área de logística y transporte que proporcionara una visión global del negocio, permitiendo así la implementación de una herramienta de gestión, que realizara el seguimiento continuo de los resultados esperados encaminadas al área de logística, y así mismo lograr trascendencia en todas las operaciones logísticas que lleve a cabo la compañía sin importar la actividad económica que realice.Logistics as a continuos Flow sistem of the operations of the production, transport and storage, used as a means to move a product from its status as a raw material, to put at disposal of the final consumer; It relies on the proper planning, execution and order of all tasks to properly management.
