Trabajo en equipo: engranaje potencializador de valores en el personal de salud

Education in values is a topic that should no longer be exclusive to our childhood, it is necessary to perpetuate this knowledge throughout the life cycle and given the current reality of our society that cries out for integral beings, it is necessary to establish a continuous education in values, which allows us to recognize our daily role as vulnerable human beings in our daily lives. We stumble upon a crude reality where our society forgets its roots, its purpose. I believe that we are called to generate knowledge, to allow us to grow as a synonym for management, to guarantee individual, social and national growth through all the tools that we now have as managers, and a large part of this must be based on values and their transforming power, their healing power. Because in the health sector we work in highly qualified teams, it is necessary that the bases of all communication, relationships and the search for a better tomorrow have values as their perfect bastion.
