description El presente artículo, busca establecer cuáles son las conductas punibles que deben ser objeto de conocimiento de las Justicia Penal Militar, partiendo de la diferenciación entre las conductas que se pueden generar y que como resultado contemplen la muerte de un individuo, como lo son: el homicidio en persona Protegida, el homicidio agravado, la matanza, el exterminio, el homicidio intencional y por supuesto la ejecución Extralegal. A su vez cuando se tenga determinadas, las diferencias de estas conductas desde la perspectiva de la dogmática penal, se pretende o busca realizar una adecuación típica, bajo esos elementos que las diferencian; para así establecer cuales son de conocimiento de la jurisdicción Penal Militar y cuales rompen el nexo causal entre el servicio.
