El presente Ensayo tiene por objeto proponer un modelo de Sistema Integral de Seguridad Física y Electrónica de Apoyo, Tipo Centro de Despacho Automático (CAD), que brinde a la alta dirección de la Secretaria Distrital de Salud y las gerencias de los hospitales una visión en seguridad enfocada en el cumplimiento de su gestión institucional, la cual tiene por objeto garantizar la seguridad y atención a quienes acuden a sus servicios, así mismo la integridad de la misión médica, instalaciones y preservación de equipo médico de alto costo. Analizando de manera inicial lo referente a seguridad física, estudios de seguridad y medidas protectivas, que permitirán a partir de lo allí observado, generar acciones de apoyo de apoyo desde el nivel central. |
