Veremos, también, los objetivos de la Organización de Aviación Civil (OACI) en relación al uso de esa cartografía, a la vez se abordara la problemática de la falta de información aeronáutica en las cartas topográficas y equipos electrónicos utilizados en la planeación y desarrollo de los vuelos bajo reglas de vuelo visual. También se contrastará los diferentes enfoques de esta problemática que tienen algunos representantes de la actividad aeronáutica.
