Analysis of the management of government municipality of Santander Cerrito period 2012- 2015

Through a modern and efficient public management the state aims to achieve proper management, with spaces for social participation in seeking to achieve improved delivery of services making them more effective. Indeed looking to improve the quality of life and access to opportunities for the inhabitants of local authorities, the national government through the DNP has unified basic tools for the development of municipal development plans, these being the main instrument of planning and management of local development. Considering the above these plans are of great importance for economic and social progress of municipalities, which will give a better use of public resources, provided from planning to implementation and evaluation is conducted responsibly, ensuring the effectiveness , efficiency and effectiveness thereof; the only way a true quality management and achieved concrete results.
