description El presente documento es un ensayo crítico, en el cual se describen las principales fallas en la ejecución de la estrategia, específicamente en el proceso de comunicación y/o difusión. Se analizarán diferentes problemas durante la difusión de la estrategia; partiendo desde la alta dirección hasta llegar al trabajador o empleado quien es el que ejecuta lo planeado por la gerencia; verificando así, en qué punto se rompe el proceso de comunicación o se cambia el mensaje, haciendo que la ejecución no sea la deseada por la gerencia y por consiguiente impidiendo el cumplimiento de los objetivos. Igualmente se emitirá una propuesta para su posible solución desde el proceso de planeación para lo anterior se citarán como ejemplo estrategias ejecutadas por las pymes colombianas.
