Summary:We are currently witnessing the worst crisis in public hospitals financially home and hospital, is why the I restore government Sanitation Program Fiscal and Financial - PSFF for Social State Enterprises - ESE, which have been categorized in medium and high risk by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, since continued with this situation, most of these health institutions may face partial or complete cessation of services, since, by virtue of the delay in the collection of accounts receivables, no breaches of any kind with suppliers, creditors, contractors and employees, and thus diminishes the quality of their services. The financial management of hospitals has to resort to external financing with suppliers, creditors and financial institutions, which means the decreased liquidity, increased leverage ratio and interest expenses, deteriorating profitability and, Therefore, be on the brink of financial impossibility, aggravating the problem dangerous the health problem in the country.
