El desarrollo de esta propuesta partió de identificar la problemática encontrada realizando un diagnóstico de la situación actual de cómo se cumple e incrementa la satisfacción del cliente, mediante procesos con mejora continua; posteriormente para realizar el análisis de los hallazgos, se tuvo en cuenta el grado de relación existente entre la situación actual del estado de COINTCO respecto al sistema de gestión ISO 9001:2015 y el compromiso y adherencia de sus empleados a la mejora continua de los procesos, enfocados a satisfacer y aumentar los requerimientos del cliente, generando un valor agregado a sus procesos internos, reduciendo los tiempos de preparación y operación de los procesos de la empresa a través de un sistema de gestión de calidad NTC ISO 9001: 2015.The purpose of this article is to present the design of a QMS for the COINTCO Company.
