Zero role in UGPP

Zero Paper Culture is a new concept that is beginning to use within both public and private national and international organizations , and is the solution environment looking toward global sustainability, was in the years when 40's and 70 ` s started to talk and display Zero Paper offices in the 90 ` s , focusing all procedures and processes through validation and use of electronic media, not far from this perspective , the rise and technological progress has been so great that organizations no longer need to print or use as much information as much space to store your information , simply having an electronic device in the office or hand, which allows carry a lot of information that is available at any time, allowing companies and individuals are more efficient and effective in their career development .
