Es en el nivel de dirección donde se ubica hoy el Gerente de Seguridad como máximo responsable de gestionar la seguridad corporativa, y por esa razón este trabajo está encaminado a mostrar la evolución que ha tenido, su importancia y el espacio que ocupa en la empresa, en donde hoy sus resultados son insumos importantes en los niveles estratégicos para la toma de decisiones corporativas.
