| Summary: | Throughout history has spoken worldwide Right to Work and legitimacy in each of the countries has been established by various treaties, pacts, agreements and conventions concluded between the countries members of the various organizations between which include the United Nations - UN International Labour Organization - ILO and the American Convention on Human Rights. In Colombia enshrines the right to work from the 1991 Constitution which stipulates the minimum principles as a country referred to in terms of right to work in compliance with the various international agreements. Similarly, in addressing the fundamental right word work have broken a number of concepts such as "good work" and "decent work", which are basically concepts to guide the various governments on policies to be implemented to further equality, freedom, security, equity and human dignity, while ensuring that workers have minimum conditions such as employment opportunities, income earning opportunity and a chance to have for themselves and their families access to social protection and safety. In the case of Bogotá, the current administration headed by Mayor Dr. Gustavo Petro, have been included as a priority in the development plan "Human Bogotá 2012-2016", the implementation of the Public Policy and formalization of employment dignity in the Capital District and what it has to do specifically in the public sector since 2012 has established a work schedule with the various entities that make up the District Administration towards improving the conditions and quality of life people who are linked to the district administration, specifically services contract without altering the city's public finances and the budget allocated to each of the entities. |
