El presente artículo analiza la importancia que tiene el nivel de inventarios en el proceso de aprovisionamiento de una empresa que distribuye productos cosméticos enfocándose en los productos que se consideran pareto de la venta. Se busca con este articulo analizar el proceso de clasificación de inventarios por medio de la ley pareto o clasificación ABC, entendiendo que los inventarios representan uno de los activos más importantes para las organizaciones y que para la empresa objeto de estudio es su “working capital” se revisará los procesos que intervienen y que son decisivos a la hora de construir una adecuada cadena de abastecimiento que permita tener un nivel de stock óptimo que responda a la demanda del mercado bajo unos costos adecuados que lleven hacia el objetivo de rentabilidad para el negocio; basándose en el modelo de negocio de la empresa que es venta y distribución de productos Dermocosméticos es importante tener presente que el abastecimiento se hace por medio de la importación de los productos que tienen su origen en Europa y por tanto es importante conocer el lead time para realizar una adecuada gestión de inventarios. |
