Implementation of the "gobierno en línea" strategy, as a key element for transformation of public entities.

In the next paper, an analysis about the on line government strategy is presented. Also how this strategy has become in a pint of reference for many entities transformation into more efficient agencies for serving the community. Moreover, the characteristics of this online government strategy and how the principal characters are affected by its implementation are determined, as this has as principal objective influence the processes and procedures of the whole entity generating an closer bound with the community, by respecting the rights of the citizens. All this to gain an organized development in the public institutions.
