Analysis of National Army Capabilities that may contribute to Fire Prevention and Assistance in National Natural Parks in Colombia

In this essay has as a goal to analysis of capacities of National Army of Colombia in order to contribute or assemble as integral way to prevention and attention of forest fire in National Nature Parks of Colombia. In that way, it shows reader that in this military army, the area of army aviation and military engineer have total capacities more efficiency and adaptive to counteract effects of climate change. In analysis developed it could demonstrate in Colombia have planned policies as decree 2811 of 1974 which create National Canon Law of Natural Renewable Resources National and environment protection, The law 99 of 1993, Millennium Development Goals (MDG), Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), Kyoto Protocol, Paris Agreement, between other agreements and conferences which have brought forward United Nations to evaluate an advances in contrast to the signed commitments of each countries in order to decrease a greenhouse gas emissions, environment conservation and protected field as National Nature Parks. Considering this situation, the theory of Barry Buzan about Multidimentional Security (politic, economic, social, military, environmental) allow to know the development of better politics to avoid and help in crisis situations using capacities that Nation institutions have it. In the same way, reader could understand in the analysis, people who is effective and with suitable capacities to finish those forest fire in National Nature Parks have been coached in military aviation and engineer area of National Army with their capacities as Bumby Bucket and military engineers with battalion engineers to attention for Disaster.
