Con el desarrollo de la presente investigación se muestra al lector una introversión de los sistemas de información, arquitectura de software, metodología ICONIX como solución tecnológica a una problemática que se presenta en la empresa Métrika Proyectos Inmobiliarios SAS en el área de gestión documental, se realizó un análisis de la literatura que sirviera como soporte para proponer el uso de un sistema de información, como respuesta para poder afrontar el problema (cuello de botella) que presenta el área de gestión documental, por otra parte se identificó que el enfoque mixto es el mas apropiado para poder afrontar la problemática, permite tener una perspectiva más amplia del fenómeno, donde no se delimita exclusivamente del análisis de datos estadísticos, se logra destacar la participación de la mujer en el sector inmobiliario, para la recolección de la información se empleó la encuesta, así mismo se identificó que las partes interesadas clientes (inmobiliarias), arrendatarios, propietarios de inmuebles y trabajadores, logran identificar el cuello de botella, se propone la implementación de la metodología ICONIX por ser la que más se adapta a las necesidades de la organización. Por último, con el desarrollo de la investigación se logró identificar que la mejor alternativa para lograr competitividad para la empresa Métrika Proyectos inmobiliarios SAS y solventar la problemática identifica es el uso de las TIC´s y por ende de tecnologías existentes, de tal forma que logre dar una solución efectiva por medio de una propuesta tecnológica. |
