description Dado el crecimiento del modelo de negocio e-commerce en Colombia y los altos costos que las empresas deben asumir para administrar una flota propia que pueda realizar las operaciones de última milla, el presente artículo se realizó con el objetivo de aplicar un modelo de selección multicriterio para evaluar la oferta de los operadores logísticos en Colombia que se encuentran en el top 4 de las estadísticas realizadas por el Ministerio de tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones donde notifican cual es el movimiento de paquetes de 20 operadores logísticos en el año 2023. Mediante revisión de artículos científicos donde se consideraron tres posibles métodos, dos fueron descartados por la complejidad de su aplicación o por su naturaleza enfocada para sectores de abastecimiento, tomando el método de evaluación que por su metodología se ajusta al sector del mercado objetivo, analizando los factores relevantes como lo son costo, velocidad, nivel de servicio y estabilidad financiera en igualdad de condiciones y de esta manera lograr sugerir una selección basada en los indicadores que lograron los operadores para cada factor.

By reviewing scientific articles where three possible methods were considered, two were discarded due to the complexity of its application or its nature focused for supply sectors, taking the evaluation method that by its methodology fits the target market sector, analyzing the relevant factors such as cost, speed, level of service and financial stability on equal terms and thus manage to suggest a selection based on the indicators that achieved the operators for each factor.Introducción 1.
