El tema del Liderazgo constituye un aspecto de vital importancia dentro de la organización, por lo que en el presente trabajo tiene como eje central esta temática vista desde la institucionalidad del sector de las fuerzas militares, partiendo de lo esencial que ello representa, para la existencia y mantenimiento de la disciplina militar. A partir de donde se desprende el desarrollo de las operaciones militares y la gestión administrativa, aspectos fundamentales para obtener los resultados exigidos por los mandos superiores y deseados por la sociedad. Por ser este aspecto un factor que afecta directamente la conducta laboral de los hombres y por consiguiente el entorno laboral en general de todos los integrantes del equipo de trabajo. Por tal motivo las fuerzas militares tienen instituidas unas herramientas de control como lo son las Tablas de Organización y Equipo (T.O.E.) para todas y cada una de las unidades tácticas, operativas menores y mayores y unidades especiales, allí se impone cual son los puestos que corresponden a las cargas laborales exigidas por la rama ejecutiva del gobierno nacional. Siendo la guía para la Alta Gerencia de la Organización Militar en aspectos de estructura administrativa y de la administración del talento humano. Como herramienta de los comandantes a todo nivel para el funcionamiento de las diferentes jefaturas, direcciones y demás dependencias y unidades militares de todo tipo. |
