Summary:This paper develops an analysis of the applicability of the theories of efficient public administration, with a review of the different concepts from the administrative point of view to determine whether they constitute such a practice of public addresses, which would imply show that the entities in the different orders of the public project towards progressive performance and the different currents of the new public management plane demonstrate that implementation is innovating. This translates into modernization, culminating in the establishment of three goals or pillars as are to improve efficiency, increase productivity and ensure the quality of their services; objectives when they are internalized and implemented by humans, agents exchange or leaders, would project the entities ultimately meet the needs of citizens.
