| Summary: | The dictionary of the Spanish Language’s Royal Academy defines concession as "Granting that a company makes to another, or to a particular sell and manage their products in a different city or country." Given that education is a fundamental right universal, it is vital to make a sensible quality in the provision of educational services monitoring, while the allocate public money of a country, collected under various headings for the exclusive use of educating children throughout their childhood and adolescence, allowing them to grant a baccalaureate degree or academic core, forcing authorities to ensure control of the management transparency. In the period between 2003 and 2011 a change of government policy is evident in the Colombian capital, Bogotá DC which starts with a plan of government headed by Mr. Enrique Peñalosa Londoño and ends with Mr. Samuel Moreno Rojas where start is given to projects and political programs "right" focused on privatization or outsourcing occurs, making a transit oriented towards completing projects respond to "left." At this time began the award in education is given, and this policy is maintained for the different mandates. Because education should be a public policy that seeks inclusion and coverage of the target population, it is important to assess their quality, efficiency and effectiveness, as this depends the training of citizens who will be the basis of future generations. However, this paper will try to visualize the advantages and disadvantages brought to the public education sector delivery policy concession schools, in order to provide input for the evaluation of the achievements mentioned by public policy. |
