Very high if the officials are not aware of the serious problem generated by the lack of commitment to the public entity as these are what give the image to the institution. Also, the need to establish appropriate processes from the occupational health side with respect to the prevention of all these pathologies that are generated according to the disabilities, taking into account that any type of disability generates costs for the entities as well as those that exceed 180 days, the time that must be taken into account for the recognition of social benefits with the exception of vacations as a result may be a way to escape from public resources, as well as labor problems that may arise later or during a disability prolonged, that is, adopt a more efficient system and oriented to comply with the purposes of the State, which are mandated by the Political Constitution of Colombia.

Así mismo la necesidad de establecer procesos adecuados desde la parte de salud ocupacional con respecto a la prevención de todas estas patologías que se generan en base a las incapacidades, considerando que cualquier tipo de incapacidad genera costo para las entidades así como las que superan los 180 días, tiempo que deberá ser tenido en cuenta para el reconocimiento de las prestaciones sociales con excepción de las vacaciones en consecuencia puede ser una forma de fugarse los Recursos Públicos, igualmente la problemática laboral que se puede generar posterior o durante una incapacidad prolongada en otras palabras adoptando un sistema más eficiente que se oriente a cumplir con los Fines del Estado, los cuales son por mandato de la Constitución Política de Colombia.Especializaciónpdfapplication/pdfspaUniversidad Militar Nueva GranadaEspecialización en Finanzas y Administración PúblicaFacultad de Ciencias EconómicasCiencias Económicas -
